City wedding in Paris

I lived a few months in Paris several years ago, and rediscover it every time I go there is a real pleasure.

This is how Sofia and Adrien contacted me, for their wedding photos they wanted spontaneous, unconventional and artistic.

It was a real crush, they live in the heart of Paris, in a small square that suggests all the excitement of the city, and got married at the House of Latin America in the 7th arrondissement.

I went to their apartment for the preparations and obviously, the place inspired me completely.

Sofia had with her the girls of her family, from Germany, Switzerland and Portugal, a nice mix that is also found in the history of the couple.

Adrien got prepared in the bedroom with his witness, his parents and his grandmother.

His father also gave him a (winning) ticket of Euromillion, original gift for his son’s wedding !

The story does not tell if the man has become a millionaire …

The rain was invited to the wedding, but the couple did not worry at all.

Dressed with her wedding gown, unusual because it was a bridal jumpsuit, with nude high heels, we braved the rain to the town hall.

Little escape during the wedding, hello Uber, we joined the bridge of Bir-Hakeim (near the Eiffel Tower) for some photos.

We ended the ride on a Parisian barge, before waiting for a taxi again.

It is also this urban side, street style that I liked a lot in this marriage.

Sofia and Adrien met in London and now live in Paris, this city is also their element, and it was my playground!

Quand à Adrien, il s’est préparé dans la chambre en compagnie de son témoin, ses parents et sa grand-mère.

Son père lui a d’ailleurs fait cadeau d’un ticket (gagnant) d’Euromillion, original pour marier son fils !

L’histoire ne dit pas si l’homme est devenu millionnaire…

La pluie s’est invitée au mariage, mais mes mariés ne s’en sont pas du tout inquiétés.

Comme vous le savez, la pluie fait partie de l’histoire et on peut très bien faire un mariage canon sous la pluie.

Vêtue d’une robe de mariée, peu ordinaire puisqu’il s’agissait d’une combinaison de mariée, et chaussée d’escarpins nude, nous avons donc bravé la pluie jusqu’à la mairie.

Petite escapade durant le mariage, allo Uber, nous avons rejoint le pont de Bir-Hakeim (près de la Tour Eiffel) pour quelques photos.

On a terminé la balade sur une péniche parisienne, avant d’attendre à nouveau un taxi.

C’est aussi ce côté urbain, street style qui m’a beaucoup plu dans ce mariage.

Sofia et Adrien se sont rencontrés à Londres et vivent désormais à Paris, cette ville, c’est aussi leur élément, et ça a été ma cour de récréation !
