Journey to the heart of eccentricity
When I travel, either for work or for pleasure, I am often led to meet people, couples who look like me and make my heart capsize with a simple photo of them.
This time, I went to New York, where I met Valentine and Yannick, a French hipster couple, and the eccentricity of New York.
There, you do not worry about how is dressed your neighbor, everything seems normal, even to go out in pajamas.
New York is famous for being the city that never sleeps, for me it is also the city where you dare everything, even be yourself.
Talking with these lovebirds, who have been living there for few years, they are delighted to be able to set their imagination free.
A fearless couple
Valentine and Yannick, it’s the adorable little couple that nothing stops, as long as they are together.
That’s how they had the opportunity to go to New York and say, “Why not? “.
They got this beautiful apartment with a view on the lights of Manhattan and the Williamsburg Bridge, with this crazy rooftop.
I love this city for this industrial and sometimes unexpected side, at every corner of the street you can find surprising things, it also reflects my world when I explore your interior on the day of your wedding.
I can come across objects or symbols that are part of your home decoration, your everyday life, and that make sense in your life. You don’t even noticed them but they are here and they give meaning to your story.
I like to explore, have fun, observe and play with your world, that’s what inspired me also for this photoshoot.
A strong hipster style, silver shoes, an oversize denim jacket, and we’re off to the streets of Williamsburg for an underground ride.
